Care plans are billed monthly with a 6-month commitment, and every plan starts with a free business IT checkup. Plans cover labor and support; parts and hardware are separate.
- Diagnosis is $49 and is applied to any fix you go ahead with.
- The standard service area is a 20-mile radius around Alief, Mission Bend and Sugar Land. Outside it a $25 travel fee applies.
- Prices can vary with the complexity of the job and the parts needed, and prices are plus applicable sales tax.
